St. Andrew’s Club and Conference Centre hosts conference events in Toronto and is the regular home for many mid-sized day, or multiple day, conferences. Our largest conference and meeting rooms can be arranged in rounds, classroom or theatre style to accommodate up to 200 attendees. Our conference facilities have natural light, premium seating and adjacent lounges for registration and receptions. St. Andrew’s has several adjacent dining rooms which may be reserved for private group lunches and dinners.

Bring more to your conference by providing meals to your guests. St. Andrew’s offers a variety of delectable menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as additional break items. Bar and wine options are also available. These menu items add to the conference centre experience and come straight from the culinary expertise of St. Andrew’s kitchen. Many of St. Andrew’s conference centres are purpose-built for presentations with large screens, additional monitors and integral sound systems. St. Andrew’s maintains an inventory of audio-visual equipment on-site to support your meeting. Access to high speed wireless is included and private wired and wireless networks can be arranged for complete security by our professional in-house AV/IT team. We offer a “Peace of Mind” service package from our AV/IT technical support staff to ensure your conference runs smoothly and that it is not unduly disrupted by equipment failure or technical problems.

For the convenience of your attendees, our conference centre is located in the heart of Toronto, near all major hotels and connected through the underground path system to all major office towers in the city core as well as sitting atop the St. Andrews subway station.

Our unique hospitality service is “per person based” and provides an exceptional variety of beverages and snacks throughout the day (generally available in lounges adjacent to your room.)

We offer a range of different delectable cuisines that are prepared in-house by the St. Andrew’s kitchen, as well as bar and wine options to add to your experience. Break-out rooms are also available next to the large meeting rooms for programs requiring concurrent small group discussions.

Tech and AV Solutions for Your Meeting

St. Andrew’s meeting rooms and spaces offer a variety of IT tools, including high speed wireless access, large screens and additional monitors and integral sound systems. We maintain an inventory of audio-visual and IT equipment on-site to support your meeting or should anything go wrong with your equipment. Our in-house AV/IT team looks after all your technology requirements and are readily available to assist your important presentations.
