St. Andrew’s Club & Conference Centre
St. Andrew's Club & Conference Centre is an unparalleled venue in the heart of Toronto, specially created for meetings, seminars, corporate events and private functions. From our location in the Sun Life Financial Tower you will experience spectacular views of the city and lake. St. Andrew's offers a total of sixteen meeting rooms with six lounges and dining rooms, spread over three floors on the upper elevator bank.
St. Andrew's is just steps from all major downtown hotels and major entertainment venues in Toronto.
In 1987, CorpSeminar Inc. opened The Corporate Seminar Centre in downtown Toronto. Over the years the company has successfully hosted over 20,000 corporate meetings, training programs, executive MBA programs and special events.
In 2002, CorpSeminar Inc, expanded and re-located to the 27th floor of the Sun Life Financial Tower.
At that time the name was changed from The Corporate Seminar Centre to St. Andrew’s Club &
Conference Centre. The new name reflects our prime location high atop the St. Andrews subway station in the Sun Life Financial Tower, our increased capacity to host conferences, complete dining facilities and a more club-like ambience.
In 2006, The Conservatory on Sixteen and The Executive Suite on Twenty-five were added to our
inventory of meeting and dining space.
St. Andrew’s Club & Conference Centre was developed by and is managed by Hodd Management Systems Inc.(HMS) for CorpSeminar Inc. Over the years, HMS has provided assistance to other venues in the design
of highly functional meeting facilities.
Hodd Management Systems has:
• Designed three meeting and conference centres for CorpSeminar Inc.
• Operated all these facilities
• Consulted on the design of meeting venues for others
• Successfully managed over 20,000 corporate meetings and events
• Received and handled over 4,000 enquiries for space annually
• Designed marketing and promotional materials, including brochures and websites
With the experience of both designing and operating meeting facilities, HMS has a rare insight into the creation of the ideal venue. Generally, architects and interior designers are unaware of the practical implications involved in designing meeting space that works. Through our constant contact with meeting planners, on site instructors and group leaders and by servicing the needs of their guests, HMS is able to combine all the physical, technical and human elements to make meetings and event successful.
