| We have just completed a thorough upgrade of our wireless network to the new 'n' standard, which |
| provides for 300 Mbps service running on a 1000Mbps backbone network. The speed of this new “n” |
| standard has been compared to prior “b” standard as what a Maserati is to a Pinto. |

| St. Andrew’s is among the first to offer this cutting edge WLAN technology giving our guests trouble- |
| free, exceptionally fast, wireless internet connections for up to 1000 users at the same time. Combined |
| with our fiber optic internet access, dedicated for the exclusive use of our clients and backed-up with |
| stand-by DSL service, we are pleased to offer the highest possible level of service and reliability. St. |
| Andrew’s provides access to this robust public wireless network to participants on a complimentary |
| basis. |

| In the event that your participant’s laptop is not Wi-Fi ready, we have wireless network cards to rent at |
| $20 per day taxes included. |

| The success of meetings, presentations and instruction is becoming increasingly dependent on the |
| reliable performance of complicated AV equipment and sophisticated IT hardware and software. |

| This can add a great deal of stress and worry for your instructors and presenters regardless of how |
| familiar they are with the equipment they are using. To give you the peace of mind that your meeting |
| will not be unduly disrupted by equipment failure or lack of an experienced AV and IT technician, St. |

AV/IT “Peace of Mind” Package |
|
| For a cost of $100 per meeting room per day, we will provide "Peace of Mind" for your group, whether |
| you are using your own equipment or are renting equipment from us. |
| |
|

| This security package must be ordered in advance of your event. Prior to your meeting you will be |
| requested to complete an AV & IT Function Sheet informing us of your requirements. You will have the |
| opportunity on the Function Sheet to indicate whether you wish to ACCEPT or DECLINE the “Peace of |
| Mind” package. |

| Should you decide to opt out of the “Peace of Mind” package, standard rental charges will apply |
| for technical services and you will have a lower priority for support from AV & IT technicians. |

| needs, make all the necessary arrangements for simultaneous live viewers to participate, sync power |
| point presentations to upload to webcast, produce a clear audio broadcast, archive the webcast, |
| produce audio files for access by email, web link or CD-ROM. |

| our fiber optic interface to the internet, providing both clear picture and quality sound reproduction. |
We will dedicate a generous portion of our overall bandwidth for your communication. With a back-up |
| DSL service ready in an emergency, you can be confident of the success of your transmission. As we |
| are using the internet you will not be charged “by the minute” long distance telephoning charges. |

| a separate event or in conjunction with a meeting or presentation. |
