General Information


  • Event deposit: equivalent to the room rental or standard $2,000. Mandatory valid credit card on file.
  • Venue Timing: Wedding couple and bridal party may have access to the event spaces as 8:00 a.m on the wedding day.
  • SOCAN Fees: Applied to each event $20.56 – $56.17
  • DJ Band Insurance: Outside entertainment require liability insurance
  • Vendors: Suppliers such as florist, DJ, etc. may have access to the event space on the day of the wedding. Access time on Friday and Saturday starts as of 8:00 a.m and closes at 2:00 a.m. Or speak to coordinator about access times.
  • Parking: Footsteps away from our facility, St. Andrew’s Club’s is conveniently surrounded by multiple car-parks. See Public Parking
  • Outside Food: Aside from the wedding cake, St. Andrew’s Club does not permit outside food.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices quoted are subjected to HST and 17% Service Charge (2017)
and an increase to 18% Service Charge in 2018.
